Ordinary website visits
This website uses no accounts, analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, third-party fonts, browser storage, or cookies. Our web server keeps limited technical logs (such as IP address, time, and requested page) needed to deliver and secure the service; they are deleted within 30 days.
When you contact us
If you use the contact form, the name, email address, and message you enter are transmitted over HTTPS to our own server and delivered by email to the CEASE contact mailbox; the website itself stores nothing. If you email CEASE, we use the information you send to read, route, and answer your message and to maintain appropriate records. We do not ask you to send sensitive personal information. We keep contact correspondence for up to 24 months, and longer only where an ongoing matter or a legal obligation requires it. For privacy matters, including exercising your rights, write to privacy@cease.center.
Donations and external services
Donations are not yet enabled. When they are, they will use a separately operated hosted checkout, no donation-provider code will load merely because you visit this website, and this notice will be updated first.
Your rights
Depending on the processing, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to, or receive your personal data, and to withdraw consent where consent is the basis. You may complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
Cookies
This website does not set cookies. If that changes, this notice and the website's consent controls will be updated before any non-essential device storage or access is used.
